On-site Preview: Wednesday, August 7, 2024 - 4 PM to 5 PM - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - CLICK HERE to schedule your preview time
All photos and descriptions are provided to the best of the Auctioneer's ability. Please attend the on-site preview to view items in person. All items are sold "as is, where is" with NO REFUNDS. Bidders are strongly advised to make their own inspections during the designated preview time.
Bidding Closes: Thursday, August 8, 2024 - BEGINNING at 4 PM
The auction will close 5 item every minute in consecutive order beginning at 4 PM and will continue until all items are closed. Please note we utilize an AUTO-EXTEND feature. This feature will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last 3 minutes. Each time a bid is placed within the last three minutes, the count-down timer will reset to 3:00 to give bidders a chance to bid back. This auto-extend feature has been added to eliminate snipping and makes the bidding more like a "live" auction. To avoid missing your turn to bid, use the MAXBID feature. This feature allows the system to bid on your behalf, when necessary, up to your specified amount for each item. This is especially beneficial as the auction is closing and others are bidding, so you will not have to keep bidding at the last moment. Your maximum bid is not visible to any other bidder.
Pick Up: Friday, August 9, 2024 - 11 AM to 3:30 PM - BY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY - Scheduling instructions will be included on your invoice.
This is a PICK UP ONLY auction. NO SHIPPING available. DO NOT BID if you are not able to pick up during the specified date and time. PAYMENT IN FULL is due at time of pick up. Failure to pick up items will result in AUTOMATIC CREDIT CARD CHARGE for said items. ANY ITEMS PICKED UP AFTER DESIGNATED PICKUP TIME WILL INCUR A $10 FEE
You are responsible for supplying your own labor, tools, dollies, transportation, and packing supplies for pick up. LOADING IS NOT PROVIDED BY AUCTION PERSONNEL.
Any invoices that have not been paid by the end of the removal time will be charged to the buyer's credit card, and items will be deemed abandoned. We will no longer hold items for later pickup - unless arrangements have been made PRIOR to the close of the sale. Abandoned items will be donated, resold or discarded at the auctioneer's discretion. Failure to pay for/pickup items will result in termination of bidding privileges.
Taxes and Fees
10% Buyer's Premium - CASH or CHECK
15% Buyer's Premium - CREDIT CARD
Any applicable Buyer's Premiums, Taxes or Fees WILL BE ADDED to your final invoice. They ARE NOT INCLUDED in your bid.
Additional Notes
Always LOG IN to your bidder number profile prior to closing if you wish to participate in the auction or watch the auction results as the sale closes. You MUST BE LOGGED IN to view the auction results in real-time including up-to-date pricing and extended times.
DO NOT wait until the last minute to register.
BE AWARE: For Security Purposes, the system may automatically log you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
All bidders must provide a credit card number, regardless of payment type. The auction company reserves the right to place a hold/return deposit as deemed necessary.
Pay attention to quantities - Your bid may be "times the quantity". Quantities do apply to maximum bids.
The Auctioneer is not responsible for any technical difficulties during the auction, or the bidder's inability to submit an online bid.
