All photos and descriptions are provided to the best of the Auctioneer's ability. Please attend the on-site preview to view items in person. All items are sold "as is, where is" with NO REFUNDS. Bidders are strongly advised to make their own inspections during the designated preview time.

USE THE "MAXBID" FEATURE
The auction bid program will automatically bid for you up to the limit of your maximum bid, if needed, when others bid against you. This is especially beneficial as the auction is closing and others are bidding, so you will not have to keep bidding at the last moment. Your maximum bid is not visible to other bidders.
PAY ATTENTION TO QUANTITIES
Your bid may be "times the quantity". Quantities do apply to maximum bids.
FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN BIDS
Buyer's Premiums will be added to your final invoice.
NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE
This is a pick up only auction. Do not bid if you are not able to pick up items during the specified date and times. It is the buyer's responsibility to bring additional labor, tools, dollies, or any other packing materials needed to remove your items. Loading is not provided by auction personnel.
UNPAID INVOICES
Any invoices that have not been paid by the end of the removal time will be charged to the buyer's credit card, and items will be deemed abandoned.
