AUCTION REGISTRATION: Bidders must register at bid.rittenhouseauction.com to be accepted as a bidder.
EARNEST MONEY REQUIREMENT: The successful online bidder will be notified immediately following the closing of the auction and Purchaser needs to sign and return the purchase contract as soon as possible and no later than 5 PM on Auction day via electronic signature or in person at the offices of the Auction Company. Buyer must deliver earnest money deposit of 10% of high bid or minimum of $1,000.00 deposit on Auction day to Auction company office or by wire transfer.
BALANCE: Balance of Funds due within 30 days. Buyer pays all transfer taxes. Real Estate taxes to be prorated.
BUYERS PREMIUM: Property will be sold with a ten (10) percent buyer’s premium. The bid amount plus the buyer’s premium equals the final purchase price
